Abatement is the only solution for asbestos, which means either removing the asbestos containing material or the encasement or encapsulation of asbestos containing material. Any work involving asbestos is a precise and technical operation. All asbestos work undertaken by All Clear conforms to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), CA Occupational Safety and Health Administration (CAL OSHA); National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NISHAP) guidelines and current associated asbestos regulations.

As an OSHA certified and a licensed asbestos removal contractor, All Clear is a specialist in the safe removal or encapsulation of asbestos. We offer 24 hour emergency services allowing asbestos removal from sites at all times in order to accommodate your needs.

Construction of a sealed working area will prevent any exposure to anyone outside the enclosure. While carrying out asbestos removal works All Clear will restrict the fiber release to an absolute minimum within the sealed working area and to enable the area to be returned to normal on completion or to enable building/refurbishment works to continue without risk to health from asbestos fibers.  An EPA approved Fiber Lockdown encapsulate is used to ensure any minute fibers do not become airborne. All associated asbestos waste is immediately double-bagged in 6 mil Asbestos printed bags and directly transferred to a lockable sealed container or a licensed transfer station.

All Clear is responsible for all notifications and liaisons with the relevant enforcing authorities. No asbestos removal contract is undertaken by All Clear without a site specific Method Statement detailing the logistics of the working procedure. All air samples from air monitoring work are analyzed by an independent National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) accredited laboratory.

Working under rigid privacy guidelines, All Clear maintains the strictest confidentiality before, during and after completion of services.
